LICENSING ISSUE: We were informed (directly from Fania, EMUSICA) on 12 Apr 06 that they (Fania) are in the process of contacting the producing company to question their License for this product. Eventhough MusicaBoricua.com purchases this product from Vampisoul's only authorized distributor in the U.S., MusicaBoricua.com voluntarily will not offer these DVD's until such conflict is resolved between the involved parties (Fania and Vampisoul). This is a Licensing issue and by no means this should be interpreted as if Vampisoul is violating Anti-Piracy laws. We were informed (rumor) on 4 Apr 06 that a license had been granted from the previous Fania owners (SONIDO) to Vampisoul. Based on this information and until we are provided a written statement indicating the contrary, we will now continue offering this product and continue purchasing them from the only authorized distributor in the U.S. We were informed (rumor) on 30 Mar 06 that Fania is questioning Vampisoul's rights of producing these DVD's.
